"I recently registered my elderly parents at this Dental Practice. I chose it initially because I found the parking easy, and the access for my frail parents was very convenient. The surgery is accessible through automatic doors and has no stairs to worry about or manoeuvre. The care, friendliness and professionalism they both individually received from all the Staff was outstanding. Everything that my Parents needed undertaking was explained in full in a clear and concise way. The Dentist was approachable and kind, and their assistant attentive and had a warm manner. A few days after the treatment, I wanted to speak to the Dentist to clarify an issue. I was called back rapidly by the Dentist. As my Parent's carer, I was made to feel that nothing was too much trouble for any of us. Both of my Parents were very happy with the service they received. I would not hesitate in recommending this Practice and the excellent service that they provide."
